Daniela Benton

Daniela’s family emigrated to the United States from Ecuador in the 1990s and grew up in New Jersey. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Halfway through her undergraduate studies, she became a Lawful Permanent Resident. This was a defining moment in her life that cultivated a desire to help others navigate through the complexities of the U.S. immigration system. She went on to earn her Law Degree at North Carolina Central University School of Law.

To date, Daniela has over 9 years of experience in the field of immigration law and has been a practicing attorney with Brown Immigration since 2018. Daniela’s tenacity, coupled with her personal experience in navigating the U.S. immigration system, serves her well in guiding her clients through the challenges of immigration law.

Daniela is experienced in removal defense before the Immigration Court, including Asylum, Prosecutorial Discretion requests, and Inadmissibility Waivers. She also specializes in family-based immigration and citizenship.
