Our Seasoned Legal Team

Each of our North Carolina immigration attorneys has an extensive background in immigration law and representation. Robert Brown, the founder of our firm, has more than 40 years of experience alone. He spent a portion of this time as a special agent for the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) before becoming its chief of investigations in Washington, D.C. This eventually led to his becoming the INS district director in Cleveland, Ohio. His time with the INS involved helping develop the agency's I-9 compliance procedures and garnered him extensive knowledge and experience with complex immigration issues.

Our legal team also includes Attorneys Rishi Oza, Aleksandar Cuic, and Erin Brown, who add fathomless insight and professional service to our firm. Mr. Oza oversees the firm's business immigration practice, handling a great number of employment immigration cases, as well as family-based immigration and removal defense. He has also been selected for inclusion in the list of Super Lawyers® Rising Stars since 2010. Attorney Cuic - also selected for the Super Lawyers® Rising Stars list - dedicates most of his practice to deportation and removal defense and general immigration litigation. He is also skilled in citizenship and naturalization matters and helps individuals and their families through the citizenship process.
